This country has become synonymous with ‘low cost.’ Financial opportunities exist here for anyone with the desire and capital. Lucrative investments will be found here for many years in the future.

Investments in real estate often return 200-300% per annum.

You can own a very nice beach front home for as low as $20K. In real estate, it’s location…location…location. Choose your location very carefully, and you might consider enlisting the help of a local real estate agent. If you’re seriously considering property in Costa Rica, you should travel there to see for yourself.

But the existing real estate boom is not only due to low cost homes and land. Costa Rica’s government wisely legislated tax laws designed to attract foreign investors and expats. Retired persons from the United States won’t have to pay taxes on their social security income. And the low cost of living in Costa Rica is also favorable to everyone, especially retirees.
