The highest priority will be that the customer's needs and requirements are met, as no matter how good the product seems otherwise, it will not save you anything with negative customer experiences. At the same time, keep an eye on the cost of more standard methods of communication with clients as these should not be ignored over VOIP solutions.

To make the process much easier, be sure that service providers provide references that are reliable. Nothing else can assure you of the quality of their VOIP solutions abilities beyond this real feedback.
