You might have to travel on a busy weekday, or you might be forced to take a nighttime flight which will land when there would be no proper transport and accommodation facilities available in the city you land.

You might be forced to land at an airport a bit far off, and then could have to travel by other means of transport. All the major airport destinations are always booked in advance. At the last minute, you might also end up with a connecting flight rather than your usual direct one, which again means a loss of time.

But, the main thing to remember is that it is possible to get flight last minute tickets at low prices, whatever be the compromises needed to make. In fact, you could save as much as 50% of the original ticket fares. If you are willing to compromise with luxury and even the time factor, you could go ahead with these cheap flight last minute tickets.
